These are actual pictures of me working out at my gym. :) Anyway, the best ab workout I do is a combination of one I found in Fitness Rx for Women and exercises I like.
The order in which you do these is important, because they fatigue the ab muscles efficiently. If you begin with the ball crunches (heh heh, I said BALL CRUNCHES!), they won't feel difficult at all. By doing all the other exercises first, by the time you get to the crunches, your abs will burn.
Do 2 sets of 10 legs raises on the Roman chair.
2 sets of 20 knee raised on the Roman chair.
Move to a bench and do 10 vertical hip thrusts (I think that's what they're called), then 20 bicycly crunch motion thingies. Do another set.
Move to the big exercise ball and do 2 sets of 20 crunches on it.
Then get on a mat and stay in the plank position for 60 seconds, on your left, your right and middle. Repeat a second time. Then you'll have great abs and your life will be complete.
Hey, I even have looking your article and that helped me to put in writing my article about apple cider vinegar for fruit flies you want to have a test on my article.
