Happy New Year!





Happy New Year! I hope this year bring you much success, wealth, health and happiness! So I'm not a fan of New Year's resolutions. I think we set ourselves up for failure by making them. But my friend Keith Haddock introduced me to Sober January. Keeping your system clean (or however clean you can stand to keep it) for one month is a much more attainable goal than it would be for the rest of the year or the rest of your life. Sober January Guidelines:

1. Jan. 2- Jan. 31
2. Birthday: one day off
3. No alcohol
4. No drugs
5. No cigarettes (try!)
6. Coffee is okay
7. If you stray, forgive yourself then get back on wagon


I took it an extra step and gave up coffee--I still drink tea, as I must have my caffeine. So far, so good, and I haven't been tempted. Only 27 more days to go!
