I woke up late today and haven't heard the whole Stern show yet, but here is the recap of Artie's situation from :

ARTIE ON HIS DUI ARREST

Asked about his DUI arrest on Friday, Artie clammed up: "I can't talk about it. I'll actually spill my guts another day." Artie would only say he was taking his lawyer's advice to stay quiet: "I don't know what I'm allowed to say." Artie admitted that he'd been arrested and felt comfortable during his hour-and-a-half in jail: "I've been here before."
Artie did explain some of the circumstances surrounding the arrest, saying he was driving to the pharmacy to pick up his ailing mom's antibiotics: "DUI is a major thing and I'm trying to take it lightly, but yeah, there's gonna be a trial." Artie laughed that his friend Frank Sebastiano was most upset about the car Artie was arrested in, joking: "A Nissan Sentra? That's embarrassing." Artie further explained that the car was a rental as his Mercedes was still in the shop being repaired after it was hit in an airport parking lot while he was in Upstate New York doing a benefit for Captain Janks.
