I'm going to a cook out later, so I decided to make one of my favorite pasta salads--Firecracker Salad. My mom's friend gave her the recipe a long time ago, and I adapted it to my taste.
First of all, make this the night before--it has to sit overnight.
Ingredients:
1 1 lb. bag of multi-color pasta
1 lb. of cooked shrimp
1 bunch of broccoli
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 cucumber
1 bottle of Italian dressing
About a cup of Picante sauce
McCormick's Salad Supreme season
Cook pasta, throw in big plastic bowl. Chop veggies and throw them in. Add shrimp, dressing, picante, and McCormick's to taste. If you mess this up, you're a moron.
